THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This product is absolute garbage. It's so read more terrible, it makes me want to cry. I've used it a million times, and it still fails miserably. The construction is shoddy, and the design are stupid. Honestly, I don't know how they could sell thisthing without being mortified. I'm so angry that I imagined I'd bought something decent instead.
